Appointments & Estimates

How do I get an estimate?

Call first for an appointment and text pictures of your car’s damage to Howard at (619) 265-1725. Photos of the damaged area from a couple of angles are usually enough for a preliminary estimate — we’ll confirm the final price after inspecting the vehicle in person.

Do you take walk-ins?

We work by appointment only. This lets us give every vehicle our full attention and keeps your wait time to a minimum. Call or text ahead and we’ll get you scheduled quickly.

Is the estimate free?

Yes. Preliminary estimates by photo and in-person inspections are free, with no obligation.

Where are you located?

We’re at 5255 University Avenue, San Diego, CA 92115 — easy to reach from anywhere in San Diego. You’ll find a map and directions on our contact page.

Repairs & Services

What services do you offer?

Bumper repair, full collision repair, paintless dent repair (PDR), auto painting with computerized color matching, frame straightening, and insurance claim assistance. See the full list on our services page.

How long will my repair take?

It depends on the damage. Many bumper repairs are completed the same day, while larger collision repairs can take several days to a couple of weeks when parts need to be ordered. We’ll give you a time estimate along with your quote and keep you updated throughout the repair.

Can you match my car’s factory paint color?

Yes. We use a computerized color-matching system that reads your vehicle’s exact factory color — including any fading from age or sun — so the repaired area blends invisibly with the rest of the car.

Should I repair or replace a damaged bumper?

Most cracks, scuffs, and dents in a bumper cover can be repaired for much less than a replacement. We’ll always recommend the more economical option when it can be done safely — and tell you honestly when a replacement is the better choice.

Insurance & Payment

Do you work with insurance companies?

Yes — we work directly with every major insurance carrier and can handle the claim paperwork for you, from the initial estimate to supplement requests if additional damage is found during the repair.

Do I have to use the shop my insurance company suggests?

No. In California, you have the legal right to choose the repair shop you trust. Your insurance company can recommend a shop, but the decision is always yours.

What if more damage is found after the repair starts?

We’ll stop, document it, and contact you (and your insurer, if it’s a claim) before doing any additional work. You’ll never be surprised by charges you didn’t approve.

Warranty

Is your work guaranteed?

Yes. Our repairs are backed by a written warranty for as long as you own the vehicle. The full terms are provided with your repair order.

What should I do after picking up my repaired car?

If any panel was freshly painted, avoid automatic car washes and waxing for about 30 days while the finish fully cures. Hand washing with mild soap is fine after the first week. We’ll go over any care instructions specific to your repair at pickup.
